Key responsibilities

Prioritizing raw materials and inventory for manufacturing and assembly using D365 in liaison with other team members and supply chain.

Liaising with workshop and supply chain colleagues to estimate lead times as required at the customer operation and contract review stage.

Exploring and developing inventory functionality in D365 to ensure it is being used to maximum effect (e.g. use of maximum and minimum levels and re-order quantities, etc.).

Maintaining accurate maintenance history and other relevant records and certification for rental assets, including flagging to the sales team and operations engineer when certification is due.

Complying with established company processes.

Requirements

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience working in stores in a manufacturing unit.

Excellent skills in Excel, MS Office applications, ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.

Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Full driving licence.
