The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end (A to Z) management, organization, and on-site execution of (inter)national complex projects, in accordance with the stow methodology.

Acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned projects towards the client, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Assesses the operational, technical, and financial feasibility of projects and anticipates risks where necessary.

-

Attends kick-off meetings, technical/site meetings, commercial meetings, planning meetings, and site inspections (internally or with clients).

-

Ensures all engineering and preparatory activities are properly executed.

-

Visits project sites, sets up detailed project planning, and verifies all requirements for mobilization of equipment and resources.

-

Communicates clearly regarding project execution and progress.

-

Willingness to travel to project sites (approximately 50% of working time).

Monitors project progress and quality, identifies deviations, and implements corrective actions where needed.

Manages operational staff and subcontractors during project execution.

-

Ensures safe execution on site and compliance with QSHE regulations and administrative requirements.

Supervises assembly methods and verifies the quality of delivered materials.

-

Handles claim management, including identification of contract variations and delay notifications.

-

Ensures that variations are communicated and negotiated with the client in accordance with contractual requirements.

Responsible for budget tracking and daily cost control, including preparation of periodic progress reports and initiation of invoicing.

Reviews and approves all incoming project-related invoices.

Identifies commercial opportunities, additional billable services, and ways to improve project profitability.

Your profile

-

You have a Master's Degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering.

-

You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

-

You are fluent in Dutch, English, French and/or German.

-

You are willing to travel abroad, approximately 50% per week.

-

You are communicative and hands-on.

-

You can work independently.
