Gross Salary: Ksh. 70,000- 80,000

Duties &Responsibilities

 Plan, coordinate, and execute both short-form and long-form video shoots.

 Capture high-quality video and photographic content for digital and marketing campaigns.

 Setup and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.

 Capture both planned and spontaneous content to support authentic brand storytelling.

 Edit and produce engaging short-form videos optimized for social media platforms.

 Incorporate captions, transitions, graphics, and trending audio to enhance audience engagement.

 Ensure consistency in visual branding across all content produced.

 Export and optimize content in platform-specific formats for various digital channels.

 Organize, archive, and maintain media files, footage, and backups systematically.

 Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content aligned with marketing objectives.

 Stay up date done merging social media trend sand recommend innovative content ideas.

Requirements & Qualifications

 Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.

 Minimum of four(4)years' proven experience in videography and video editing.

 Demonstrable portfolio showcasing documentary or story-led content, brand/corporate videos, and social media reels.

 Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other professional video editing software.

 Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and digital storytelling.

 Experience working with healthcare, NGO, or purpose-driven brands will be an added advantage.

 Excellent creative, communication, and organizational skills.

 Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
