*Role Description*

We are looking for an *experienced framer* to join our crew for commercial projects in the *Greater Victoria Area*. The work involves *standing walls and building floor systems*, so applicants must have strong framing experience and be able to work independently when needed.

This is a *hands-on role* on an active commercial site. We're looking for someone reliable, productive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

*Responsibilities*

• Frame and stand walls for commercial structures
• Build and install floor systems
• Read layouts and work efficiently from plans when required
• Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials accurately
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Follow site safety standards and building code requirements

*Requirements*

• *Proven framing experience*
• Ability to *work independently without constant supervision*
• Strong understanding of *wall framing and floor systems*
• Skilled with framing tools and equipment
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Physically capable of lifting materials and working on active construction sites

*Pay*

• $27 - $40/hr depending on experience and productivity

*Start Date*

• Immediate
