Equipment Engineer

1.Responsible for maintaining and managing production equipment and machinery to ensure stable and efficient operation. 2.Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and eliminate recurring issues. 3.Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Corrective Maintenance activities. 4.Analyze machine breakdowns and downtime and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment reliability. 5.Support the installation, commissioning, qualification, and acceptance of new equipment. 6.Develop and maintain equipment-related documents, including PM standards, SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and maintenance records. 7.Monitor and improve equipment performance, including Equipment Availability, MTBF, MTTR, and machine downtime. 8.Work closely with Production, Quality, Process Engineering, and Maintenance Technicians to resolve equipment-related issues. 9.Coordinate with machine suppliers and vendors for equipment troubleshooting, repair, modification, and technical support. 10.Analyze equipment performance data and identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency, productivity, and production capacity. 11.Lead or support Equipment Improvement, Automation, and Cost Reduction Projects. 12.Manage critical spare parts and maintain appropriate spare part inventories for production equipment. 13.Ensure equipment and maintenance activities comply with Safety, Quality, 5S, ISO, and Environmental requirements. 14.Prepare equipment performance reports and present equipment issues, improvement plans, and project progress to management. 15.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Equipment Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Experience in PCB, Semiconductor, Electronics, or Automotive Manufacturing is preferred. Good knowledge of PLC, electrical control systems, sensors, motors, servo systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical systems. Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals. Good English communication skills, particularly for reading technical manuals and communicating with equipment suppliers, will be an advantage. Working Days: Monday to Friday
