Warehouse Supervisor (Retail)

The Opportunity: Adecco is partnering with an established organisation within the retail sector to hire a  Warehouse Supervisor  for its in-house operations. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory and order fulfilment while leading an operational team. You will also work with internal stakeholders to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Employment Type:  Permanent, Full-time Location:  East Singapore Working Hours:  5.5 days; Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm; Saturday, 9am-1pm Salary Package:  Up to S$4,500 + AWS + Annual Performance Bonus

The Job: Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations Manage inventory movements, storage and stock accuracy Coordinate order preparation, fulfilment and dispatch activities Plan daily manpower and provide guidance to the warehouse team Provide hands-on operational support during daily and peak activities Work with internal teams to resolve operational and inventory issues Monitor warehouse workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency Ensure operational procedures and safety standards are followed The Talent: Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline At least 3-5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience, preferably within Retail or FMCG Prior experience in an in-house warehouse environment will be preferred Experience leading and managing warehouse staff Good knowledge of inventory management, order fulfilment and daily warehouse operations Hands-on with strong organisational and problem-solving skills Experience with WMS, ERP or inventory management systems would be advantageous Exposure to e-commerce or omni-channel fulfilment would be advantageous Possess Class 3 Driving License would be an added advantage Next Steps: Prepare your updated resume and apply via this application or send your resume in MS Word format to  vanessa.lew@adecco.com .
