Job description

We are looking for a talented and passionate head mixologist to lead our bar team and create an exceptional beverage experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team.
• Design and update cocktail menus, including signature creations.
• Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement.
• Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage supplier orders.
• Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
