The Role
As a Consultant within Accenture, you will help leading organizations across transport, aviation, aerospace & defense, industrial and retail sectors solve critical business challenges and drive transformation at scale.
You will work directly with senior client stakeholders on high-impact strategic initiatives spanning growth, performance, digital transformation, operational excellence, sustainability, and AI-enabled reinvention.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver strategic analysis and actionable recommendations for executive clients
Structure complex problems and translate data into business insights
Support large-scale transformation programs from strategy to execution
Develop operating models, business cases, and market assessments
Contribute to C-level presentations and client workshops
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams combining strategy, technology, data, and operations
Drive innovation and identify growth opportunities within priority industries
Preferred Sector Exposure
Experience in one or several of the following industries:
Transport & mobility
Aviation
Aerospace & defense
Industrial equipment & manufacturing
Retail & consumer goods
What We're Looking For
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Structured thinking with executive presence
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, international environments
Proven capacity to manage workstreams autonomously
Curiosity for technology, AI, digital transformation, and business reinvention
Qualifications
Master's degree from a top business or engineering school
2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, transformation, or business development within leading international organizations
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
