Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for Personnel to identify potential applicants, build applicant networks, and develop reliable recruitment channels. This role focuses on finding and initially screening applicants for our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Find potential applicants through social media, referrals, recruitment platforms, and community networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, overseas suppliers, and training centres.
• Conduct initial screening to understand applicants’ work experience, skills, availability, and job preferences.
• Collect and organise candidate profiles and supporting information, checking for completeness and inconsistencies.
• Maintain an up-to-date pool of applicants, follow up on their interest and availability, and pass suitable profiles to the Team.

What We Are Looking For

Strong communication skills, confidence approaching new contacts, and a proactive approach to finding candidates. You should be comfortable using social media and online platforms, organised with follow-ups, and able to maintain accurate candidate records. Experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, community outreach, or supplier coordination is an advantage.
