• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position for commis
• Has solid experience in kitchen production and baking process
• Knowledge of product and material inventory system
• Excellent organization and time management skill
• Good hygiene and good personal attitude are critical
• Excellent attention to detail, independent, and proactive
• Fast learner and confident
