Assistant Supervisor (IATF) : WHA Eastern Seaboard 1 / Rayong

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.
• Control and administer all quality-related documents, including procedures, work instructions, records, and document revisions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the IATF 16949 management system and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Coordinate and support internal quality audits (IQA), customer audits, and supplier audits, including audit preparation, execution, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain IATF 16949 Core Tools documentation, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on Quality Management System requirements, IATF 16949 standards, and quality awareness.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and cross-functional departments to ensure quality requirements are effectively implemented and production targets are achieved.
• Monitor document control processes to ensure all controlled documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly distributed.
• Support customer quality requirements and respond to customer inquiries, audit findings, and quality-related documentation requests.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
• Conduct shop floor quality system verification and laboratory-related support activities as required (approximately 10–20% of the role).

Working Conditions :

• Monday to Friday
• Saturday work according to the company calendar (1–3 Saturdays per month)
• Working hours : 08:00 – 17:00. Candidates may be required to support the night shift (20:00 – 05:00) on an occasional, case-by-case basis for urgent situations.

Qualifications: Male or Female, aged 26–30 years. Bachelor's degree in Science (e.g., Science, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry) or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), or Quality Management System (QMS). Intermediate level of English proficiency. Strong computer skills with knowledge of QC 7 Tools. Good understanding of IATF 16949 Core Tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA). Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Possession of IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 training or certification will be an advantage.
