Works Train Superintendent

Job Responsibilities Support the Works Train Manager in managing daily operations. Supervise operational personnel and coordinate shift deployment. Ensure compliance with operational manuals and safety procedures. Conduct safety briefings and operational coordination meetings. Monitor manpower availability, discipline, competency and performance. Manage incidents, disruptions and recovery activities. Coordinate with operations controllers, site teams and stakeholders. Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports. Provide operational leadership during normal and emergency situations. Job Requirements Diploma in an engineering discipline, GCE A-Level or equivalent qualification. Minimum five years of relevant working experience. Railway, construction, transport or operational experience is preferred. Able to lead operational teams and conduct safety briefings. Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing. Able to work independently and perform overtime when required.
