We are now looking for DUTY FREE SALES ASSOCIATES FOR THE AIRPORT ENVIRONMENT for permanent employment. We offer contracts of 15- 20 hours per week.

What do the tasks include?

• You will work as a sales associate across our DutyFree stores, creating outstanding shopping experiences for both domestic and international travelers.
• Your main responsibility is active sales: identifying customer needs, recommending products, and maximizing sales opportunities with our high-quality assortment.

• You will build customer loyalty through excellent service and expert product recommendations, particularly within fragrances, cosmetics, confectionery, and beverages.
• You will also have the opportunity to participate in inventory counts, promotional campaign changes, shelf replenishment, and unloading and handling incoming deliveries.

• In addition, you will ensure the general cleanliness of the store, shelf products, and handle cashier duties.

Working hours:

• The work is approximately 15-20 hours per week. Our stores are normally open every day of the year from 03:00 to 01:00.

• You can communicate fluently in English, Customer service in Finnish language is seen as a benefit. Also, any other language skills are always an advantage at the airport!
• Have flexibility regarding different working hours. Our stores are normally open every day of the year between 3:00 am and 01 am. Please also note that this is physical, standing work and distances in the airport can be long.

• Previous experience in store or sales work is an asset, but we will support you on your journey.

Please note:

• Distances between our stores at the airport can be long, and the salesperson's work in our stores is standing work.
• Early mornings and late evenings are our everyday life, and you find it nice to work on weekends and sometimes on public holidays.

• The job requires good English and Finnish language skills

Please note that to be able to work at airport, you will go through a background safety clearance and you are required to have a valid proof of identity. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already hold a valid work permit to work in Finland at the time of your application and throughout the job period.

The salary is determined according to the retail sector's collective agreement as an hourly wage.
