Presales & Account Manager

Voysen is looking for a senior professional to take on a hybrid role at the crossroads of sales, technical evaluation, and project management. This person will be the entry point for our inbound requests: assessing technical feasibility with the technical team, building the pricing, and formulating the commercial offer. Once a project is won, they will take the lead in managing it, with the prerogatives of an Account Manager, through to delivery. In parallel, they will actively contribute to business development by designing and running targeted outbound emailing campaigns.

The role therefore covers the entire client relationship lifecycle, from the initial request through to project closure, which requires a genuine ability to navigate between several roles (sales, technical, and project management) and to keep them coherent both for the client and for internal teams. The person we hire will need to be comfortable engaging with both technical stakeholders and client-side decision-makers, and to arbitrate priorities across several projects run in parallel.

The position is attached to our Casablanca office but is carried out entirely remotely, which requires autonomy, rigor in reporting, and strong remote collaboration skills with technical and sales teams.

Handling inbound requests (Presales)

Share inbound requests with the technical team to assess technical feasibility Build and formalize pricing for offers Respond to client requests with a tailored commercial proposal

Project management / Account Management

Oversee the management of won projects, with the prerogatives of an Account Manager Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Outbound campaigns

Design and run targeted outbound emailing campaigns Identify and qualify relevant prospects to grow the client portfolio
