Your tasks

1. Manage accountant and oversee full set of accounts for 2 entities

1. Prepare and review quarterly GST, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules

1. Prepare and manage treasury reports weekly

1. Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries

1. Posting and reviewing job ad

1. Conduct preliminary interviews

1. Manage payroll and CPF submissions discreetly

1. Track & manage all work pass applications, renewal & cancellations

1. Prepare and present sensitive and confidential finance & HR reports to directors

1. Oversight of office management and other accounting/finance duties

1. Manage and maintain process documentations for finance and operations

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent Min. 4 years of working experience with full sets experience

Good interpersonal and communication skills Confident to engage with management / operations team on the ground

Attention to detail, hands on and is able to work independently

Friendly, positive and solution-oriented disposition Singaporean and PR only.
