What you will need

• 5+ years in supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or industrialization.
• Experience with upholstered furniture manufacturing and OEM supplier environments.
• PPAP, APQP, FAI, and 8D fluency; BIFMA and category-test literacy.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, and production-launch processes.
• Experience supporting pilot builds and production-ramp activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing, or related field.
