Join forces with us on our mission to build a better IT industry. We are looking for a skilled Manual QA Engineer for our team in Stockholm, Sweden.
Please note that applicants must live in Sweden and hold a valid work permit at the time of application to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead manual testing initiatives to ensure software releases meet or exceed requirements
Perform manual testing of both UX/UI and functionality to ensure product requirements are met or exceeded
Work with networking equipment to achieve adequate test coverage
Analyze project documentation, release notes, and other project artifacts to identify new test scenarios or update existing ones
Conduct ad-hoc and scripted manual tests
Report bugs/issues to development teams and assist with troubleshooting
Requirements:
3+ years of experience testing software applications, web applications and mobile applications
Experience testing hardware/IoT devices
General understanding of networking concepts (Internet, WiFi, VLAN, Firewall, VPN, etc.)
Thorough understanding of QA methodologies and best practices
Passion for delivering an excellent user experience and product quality
Experience using modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, or similar
Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in written and spoken English
Nice to have:
Experience leveraging AI/LLMs to improve engineering productivity, testing efficiency, documentation quality, or other measurable outcomes
Experience with web test automation
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript)
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline)
