Cloud Engineer

· Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent ·        Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the following technical platforms: o Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Terraform o   ContainerPlatforms: Docker/Kubernetes o Scripting tools: Java, Unix Shell, Bash, Python, PowerShell o Middleware Technologies: Websphere, Jboss, Wildfly, Tomcat, Apache, Kafka ·  Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework, such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes · Understanding of LLMs, AI architecture patterns (RAG, Agentic, MCP, etc.) · Experience in one or more of the following technical platforms: o Jenkins, Ansible, Elastic Search, Rundeck, GIT o Monitoring and Data analytics tools: Nagios, OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos ·  Able to work on shift and with on-call support on rotation · Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills
