Group Consolidation Manager and Site Management Controller

REQUIREMENT PROFILE

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and relevant experience from a manufacturing environment in an international context
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and India Accounting principles is required
• High level of integrity
• Experience/ knowledge in working with data warehouse tools such as SAP BPC, Cognos Controller, Hyperion or similar reporting systems.
• With minimum of 7 years’ experience from the above

We are searching for a competent and experienced Group Consolidation Manager to join our team.

As the Group Consolidation Manager you have the overall responsibility for the group monthly closing, budget, Business plan processes. In the role you are expected to work closely with Site Financial Controllers and TataAutoComp Headquarter in India. In addition the role is combined with the management controlling of the new site in Poland

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monthly consolidation of financial report
• Monthly reporting to TataAutoComp headquarter in line with guidelines and model
• Preparation of quarterly and annual reports for the Group including gap mapping vs Indian accounting principles
• Budget and Business Plan process coordination in line with Group guidelines and model
• Support coordination between accounting shared service center in India and site chief accountant
• Poland site management controlling tasks including monthly closing in collaboration with external accounting firm, forecasting and budgeting process
