PingCAP Japan のソリューションアーキテクト（PreSales）として、セールスチームと密に連携しながら、エンタープライズ顧客への技術的な価値提案から導入検証、拡大までをリードするポジションです。
クライアントの信頼される技術アドバイザーとして、TiDB を中心としたソリューション設計・技術検証・技術発信を担っていただきます。
仕事内容
PingCAPの製品やサービスを活用し、クライアントに最適なソリューション設計を提案・実施する
クライアントやパートナーが導入を進めやすいよう、技術コンテンツ（ホワイトペーパー、リファレンスアーキテクチャ等）を作成する
PoC（概念実証）やベンチマークテストなどの技術検証をリードし、製品の有効性を証明する
現場からのフィードバックを継続的に収集し、プロダクトチームと連携して製品の改善・競争力向上を推進する
マーケティングイベントやセミナー等での講演・プレゼンテーションを担当し、技術力とブランドを発信する
コミュニティに向けてPingCAPの技術を普及する（技術イベント・登壇・記事投稿など）
必須スキル（MUST）
クライアントとの対話や提案に積極的に取り組める、優れた顧客対応スキル
主要クラウドサービス（AWS, Azure, GCP）での実務経験
Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQLなどの主要データベースや、シャーディング技術（例：RAC、Vitess）に関する理解
