  • Overseeing pension arrangements, including governance, contributions and auto-enrolment requirements.
  • Developing engaging benefits communications, presentations and educational materials for employees and partners.
  • Partnering with HR Systems to maintain and enhance benefits functionality within systems such as Workday, ensuring data accuracy and an excellent employee experience.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on absence management, workplace adjustments and employee wellbeing.
  • Working alongside HR colleagues and managers on complex absence cases, return-to-work planning, workplace adjustments and Occupational Health matters.
  • Analysing benefits and absence data to identify trends, measure effectiveness and provide meaningful insight to HR leadership.
  • Managing relationships with benefits brokers, pension providers and wellbeing partners, ensuring high-quality service and value.
  • Supporting benefits budgeting, forecasting and financial oversight.
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve self-service and introduce more efficient ways of working.
  • Providing guidance and support to the HR team member responsible for benefits and wellbeing administration.
  • Contributing to wider HR projects and global people initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with strong experience managing benefits and/or wellbeing programmes gained from within an international law firm or professional services environment, excellent project management skills, and strong commercial awareness.

A professional qualification such as CIPD or an equivalent reward/benefits qualification, and experience with HRIS or benefits administration systems would be advantageous. Experience supporting benefits across Europe or multiple jurisdictions would also be welcomed.

A highly competitive salary range is on offer and 3:2 hybrid working arrangements are in place.
