About the role We are seeking a HR Admin Assistant to join our Human Resources team and provide reliable administrative support across HR operations, office administration and expatriate services. Key responsibilities Provide support to HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, orientation and offboarding, etc
Maintain accurate and timely HRIS data, employee records and HR documentation, including employment contracts and letters, etc
Provide day-to-day HR and office administrative support, including calls, emails, incoming mail, payments, invoices and travel arrangements, etc
Manage office supplies, stationery and pantry supplies, and coordinate with vendors and facilities and maintenance matters
Support company events, meetings, corporate visits and other business activities
Support HR digitalization, HRIS enhancements and continuous process improvement initiatives
Stay updated on relevant Singapore employment practices and statutory requirements, including MOM, TAFEP, TADM requirements, etc
Provide administrative support to employees, including relocation and day-to-day requirements, etc
Coordinate travel, accommodation, tenancy, utilities, internet and transportation arrangements, etc
Arrange meetings, dining venues and other business-related activities
Undertake other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned by the Superior to support business and operational needs.
About you Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS will be an advantage
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Mature, responsible, proactive and able to work independently and as a team
Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage
