Building Executive (Building Owner/Commercial/Grade A)

Job Description Conduct daily building inspections and follow up on defects, repairs and maintenance. Oversee soft services, including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management and carpark operations. Manage common facilities and term contractors. Coordinate M&E, fit-out and reinstatement works. Support fire safety, emergency response and drills. Liaise with tenants, contractors and authorities. Requirements Diploma in Building Management & Services or equivalent. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
