Job Title: Retail Associate

Location: Jurong Point, Singapore

Working Days/Hours: 5 or 6 days per week, 44 hours work week

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Associate to join our team at Jurong Point. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of retail experience and a positive, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store
• Replenish stock and ensure products are well displayed
• Assist in inventory checks and stocktaking
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Support store operations to meet sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, responsible, and a team player
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays as rostered
• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
