Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in CRM to drive strategic territory planning

Expand market share by deepening penetration in existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities

Participate in manufacturer training programs and industry professional organizations

Develop weekly call plans that maximize face time with decision-makers

What You Bring Education:

Associate's degree in engineering, technical studies, or business (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Experience:

4+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in industrial distribution or process equipment

Proven success growing territory revenue and managing complex sales cycles

Inside sales background is a plus but not required

Skills & Competencies:

Comfort reading and interpreting technical documents, specifications, and engineering drawings
