About the Opportunity Our client is a growing women’s fashion brand opening a new retail store in Orchard, and they are looking for enthusiastic Retail Associates to join their team. If you enjoy fashion, meeting people, and helping customers find pieces that make them feel confident, this could be a great opportunity for you. As part of the opening retail team, you’ll have the chance to be involved from the beginning and help create a welcoming, personalised shopping experience for customers. What You'll Be Doing Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their shopping experience. Understand customers' preferences, needs, and occasions, and recommend suitable pieces. Assist customers with styling and putting together outfits. Provide helpful advice on fit, product details, and different ways to wear each piece. Create a comfortable and enjoyable fitting room experience. Process purchases accurately and assist with customer enquiries. Keep the store, displays, and fitting rooms clean, organised, and inviting. Replenish merchandise and assist with stock counts and inventory-related activities. Work closely with the team to achieve store sales and operational goals. Support other day-to-day store activities and ad-hoc duties when required.

Period: Permanent 

Working Hours:  Any 5 days a week, 2 days off, any 8 hours a day between 10am-10pm

Salary:  Up to $3,000 + PB

What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys fashion and interacting with people . Friendly, approachable, and confident in communicating with customers. Customer-focused with good attention to detail. Positive, proactive, and willing to learn. Able to work well independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and opening/closing shifts as required.

Retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential. We're equally interested in candidates with the right attitude, personality, and willingness to learn.
