The Role

We're looking for a Growth & Communications Associate to help us create, distribute and manage StructraOps' presence across digital platforms.

This is not simply a “social media posting” role.

You will help turn ideas, insights and activities from StructraOps into content, conversations, campaigns and measurable growth.

You'll work closely with the partners and support both marketing execution and light operational coordination.

Qualifications

Have practical experience managing digital content and social platforms

Be comfortable using AI tools for creative work

Have experience with Canva, Figma or similar design tools

Be comfortable working with CRM and marketing tools

Have strong written communication skills

Know how to research independently

We're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful and execution-oriented.
