- Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, factories and customers.
- Coordinate with factories and customers to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor orders and proactively resolve supply chain issues, delays and fulfilment challenges.
- Negotiate freight rates and coordinate shipment bookings with logistics providers.
- Provide professional advice on loss prevention and liaise with insurance companies on related matters when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, fulfilment status and related activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
- 3 years of experience in freight, logistics coordination or trade operations.
- Working knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling.
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP HANA / SAP Business One experience is an advantage.
