Responsibilities Supervised and supported junior service staff to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Assigned service sections and coordinated floor operations to maintain efficient service flow.

Ensured consistent adherence to service standards, company SOPs, and operational procedures.

Served as the key liaison between management and the service team, facilitating effective communication.

Assisted with the training, onboarding, and development of new service staff.
