About the Role Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring Spare parts & raw materials from international suppliers. ensures timely delivery and cost-effective procurement to support production requirements, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and adhering to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring Spare parts & raw materials from international suppliers.

Obtain quotations from at least three suppliers for the same Spare part/material/item.

Develop and maintain an approved vendor list.

Source and negotiate purchase terms, including price, payment terms, Incoterm, lead time, and service quality with current and new suppliers.

Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Receive all incoming raw materials and containers according to the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Inspect the received raw materials for quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications. Communicate with suppliers to obtain required documents for shipment and customs clearance.

Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery to the factory’s warehouse.

Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are maintained at appropriate levels.

Optimize inventory management strategies, such as inventory classification (ABC analysis), vendor-managed inventory (VMI), and just-in-time (JIT) principles, to improve inventory turnover and reduce overall holding costs.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Develop and implement strategies for effective sourcing and procurement.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field .

3–5 years of experience in MRP, Material Planning, or a similar role, preferably within carton/packaging/ Belts manufacturing .

Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, practices, and systems.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing and commercial operations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

Good understanding of ERP systems and MS Excel .

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and investigate data discrepancies.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English .
