Corporate Finance Analyst (Investment Associate Level)

Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis to support corporate strategy, investment decisions, and business planning. Develop financial models for forecasting, valuation, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to assess company performance and identify trends towards appropriate advisory. Assist in the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data and market research. Prepare pitch-desks documents for deal sourcing. Support preparation of board presentations, investor reports, and strategic planning documents Perform competitor analysis and market benchmarking to inform financial strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as accounting, treasury, operations, and strategy. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and reporting standard

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate finance or capital markets Degree in economics, accounting, banking & finance, or a related field

SEC sponsorship is an advantage

Strong financial modeling, analysis, and valuation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

CFA, ICAN, or similar certifications is a plus
