Mechanical BIM Engineer

Develop, update, and maintain Mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP.

Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings and design documentation.

Perform BIM modeling for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.

Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines.

Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues using BIM coordination tools.

Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate BIM implementation.

Collaborate with engineers, designers, and the BIM team to deliver projects according to schedule and quality standards.

Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and applicable codes.

Assist in preparing BIM reports, coordination drawings, and technical documentation.

Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and technical discussions when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

3–5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical BIM and MEP projects.

Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and mechanical BIM modeling.

Good knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other mechanical systems.

Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.

Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings and specifications.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant BIM/engineering software.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Good command of English language, both written and spoken.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
