Due to continued growth and increased business activity, Shop N Play ApS is looking to recruit 2 experienced Store Managers / Shop Managers to join our team in Copenhagen.
We are seeking motivated, responsible and service-minded professionals who are capable of managing the daily operations of a retail store while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient staff management.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for:

Managing the daily operation of the retail store

Leading, supervising and motivating store employees

Ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
-
Planning staff schedules and daily work assignments
-
Monitoring sales performance and achieving business objectives
-
Managing inventory levels, stock control and merchandising
-
Ordering products and coordinating with suppliers
-
Handling cash management and daily financial reporting
-
Ensuring compliance with company policies and Danish legislation
-
Recruiting, training and developing store staff
-
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and store presentation
-
Resolving customer inquiries and complaints professionally
-
Preparing operational reports and supporting business development
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
-
Experience as a Store Manager, Shop Manager or similar management position
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Experience within retail operations
-
Ability to manage staff and daily store activities
-
Good organisational and planning skills
-
Strong customer service skills
-
Ability to work independently and under pressure
-
Basic computer skills
-
English language skills are required. Danish is considered an advantage.
