Senior Lean Specialist is responsible for managing the Continuous Improvement (CI) program and customer satisfaction initiatives through standardized frameworks, pipelines, and governance. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, Business Management, Data Science or related field.
• Have at least 3 years in project management and LEAN activities.
• Experience or training in Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies; Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Have ISO 9001:2015 Certification - Internal auditor is preferable.
