Primary Responsibility : Coordination of architectural works and interfaces. Job Scope:
- Coordinate architectural drawings and technical submissions.
- Review shop drawings and material submissions.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate architectural finishes and interfaces.
- Resolve site coordination issues.
- Monitor architectural work progress.
- Ensure quality of internal and external finishes.
- Support mock-up and sample approvals.
- Track material procurement and delivery status.
Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. • Relevant experience in HDB construction projects. • Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret Other information: • 6 days • This position will be based/located at construction site
