Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination
Assist the Sales Team throughout the sales process, from client inquiry to after-sales coordination
Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, presentations, price lists, and promotional materials
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, brokers, and internal departments regarding client requirements and transaction updates
Monitor sales transactions, inventory availability, reservations, and client records
Prepare transmittals and ensure timely endorsement of documents to the Documentation and Accounting Departments
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance summaries
Coordinate site trippings, client meetings, project presentations, and sales events
Provide prompt and professional assistance to client inquiries
Marketing
Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns for the company’s real estate projects
Maintain and manage the company’s social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content
Develop marketing materials including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations, videos, and promotional content
Write captions, advertisements, email campaigns, website content, and other marketing communications
Coordinate photo and video shoots for project developments, turnover units, company events, and promotional activities
Assist in organizing open houses, project launches, property fairs, broker events, and other marketing initiatives
Monitor social media performance, lead generation activities, and marketing campaign results, and prepare reports
Maintain digital marketing assets, content libraries, and promotional materials
Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company’s branding standards
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to recommend marketing improvements
Administrative
Maintain organized records of sales, marketing, and client documents
Coordinate procurement of marketing materials and event requirements
Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents for the department
Perform other sales, marketing, and administrative duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Real Estate Management, Communications, or any related field
Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or housing is an advantage
Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing is preferred
