Job Description: ? Take ownership of the restaurant’s guest arrival journey, including reservations, seating, table allocation, waitlists and special requests. ? Recognize and anticipate the preferences of VIPs, regular guests and international clientele, ensuring a highly personalized dining experience. ? Coordinate seamlessly with the restaurant, service and management teams to maintain smooth guest flow during busy service periods. ? Represent the restaurant with confidence, professionalism and genuine five-star hospitality while handling guest inquiries and concerns with discretion. Qualifications: ? Female; 33 years old and below, with Minimum 2 years of Hostess / Guest Relations experience, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or premium hospitality venue. ? Strong understanding of luxury F&B service standards, restaurant reservations, and guest-handling etiquette. ? Excellent English communication skills with a confident, engaging and highly professional guest-service approach. ? Must be well-groomed, articulate and naturally hospitable, with the confidence to engage with VIP and international guests.
