Freelance AI-Assisted Software QA Tester (Per Project)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Tester to test web, mobile, and cloud applications using both manual testing techniques and AI-powered testing tools. The ideal candidate will identify bugs, validate application functionality, generate test cases with AI, and provide comprehensive testing reports for each project. Key Responsibilities Review project requirements and acceptance criteria.

Design and execute manual and AI-assisted test cases.

Perform functional, regression, usability, compatibility, and exploratory testing.

Utilize AI tools to generate test scenarios, automate repetitive testing tasks, and improve test coverage.

Identify, document, and prioritize defects using bug tracking systems.

Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.

Produce detailed test reports with findings, screenshots, videos, and recommendations.

Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues before release.

Ensure applications meet quality, security, and performance expectations.

Experience in manual software testing.

Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).

Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub Issues, or ClickUp.

Experience testing web and mobile applications.

Understanding of API testing (Postman or similar).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI-powered QA tools (e.g., Testim, KaneAI, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar).

Basic automation testing knowledge (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium).

Experience testing cloud applications, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software.

Knowledge of security and performance testing is a plus.
