PMO Project Manager & Business Analyst
On behalf of our leading multinational client, we are looking to hire:
Job Title for the new hire: PMO Project manager & Business Analyst
Job Description: As a PMO PM & BA, you will support GES PMO function with projects level 0 planning supporting scoping & execution project managers, Provide visibility to leadership in challenging situations where tradeoffs have high opportunity cost , timely update projects timelines in data base, Support with projects resources allocation and bandwidth tracking. These critical tasks helps ensuring consistent and efficient execution of projects, adhering to Amazon's governance and project methodology frameworks, to deliver optimal, high-quality, scalable solutions. The role requires high agility and effective communication supporting PMO function's edge as the source of truth across the organization.
Start Date: At the earliest
Expected deliverables: 1- Maintaining PMO projects data base up to date for weekly/ Bi-weekly PMO reports 2- Supporting GES PMs with LT communication strategy and decision/ direction papers 3- Guide project teams through E2E process 4- Maintain Up to date resources allocation tool & Laminar tagging and running queries enabling dashboards building for specific views as required 5- Support with OP intake, review and consolidation process across the year
Required qualifications/certifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience in project management/ Control
- Program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to leadership.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization, and building processes.
- Ability to deliver in ambiguity, work autonomously and multitask in an agile environment.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and drive agreement and alignment on complex topics.
- Experience delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Software / programs / tools: Tableau & SQL are preferred options
