We deliver accounting, tax & audit, payroll, customer service and cash flow through licensed professionals, with AI on our own platform, Practica, doing the routine work. We sell outcomes, not billable hours: clean books every month, filings submitted on time, payroll done right. AI handles the repetitive volume; licensed accountants review the exceptions, sign every filing and carry the responsibility. Our licensed accounting, tax and audit practice in Ho Chi Minh City serves SMEs across many industries, and Practica runs every one of its filings. ReOrc was founded by a team that built and ran Southeast Asian digital commerce platforms, combined with two decades of licensed accounting and audit practice.
Your tasks
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Take full ownership of accounting and tax records for an assigned client portfolio, including foreign-invested (FDI) clients
- Record transactions in MISA and FAST; prepare VAT, PIT and CIT returns; prepare annual tax finalization and financial statements
- Prepare tax explanation files and work with tax authorities when required
- Prepare labor records and social insurance filings; finalize PIT for foreign employees
- Work with digital signature, e-invoice and banking providers; support company incorporation procedures
- Apply AI and digital tools to document processing; support clients in their digital transformation
- Communicate with clients in English by email and phone; guide junior staff
Requirements
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting services
- Solid knowledge of tax filing, tax finalization and tax explanation procedures; labor records and social insurance; PIT finalization for foreign employees
- Proficiency in MISA and FAST accounting software; able to use AI tools at work
- English communication with foreign clients
- Careful, proactive and punctual with deadlines
