Position Summary A. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all footwear manufactured within his/her factories responsibility meets REEF’s requirements, approved specifications, quality standards, and performance expectations.
B. The position focuses on preventing quality defects rather than detecting them at final inspection, ensuring quality is built into every stage of the manufacturing process.
