Your tasks
As Resident Manager, you will be responsible for supporting residents throughout their tenancy journey, from initial enquiry and viewings through to move-in, ongoing occupation, and move-out. - Conduct property viewings and support prospective residents through the reservation and move-in process.
- Help achieve occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience to residents, visitors, contractors, and prospective tenants.
- Manage the resident journey from enquiry through to move-out.
- Carry out apartment inspections and identify maintenance issues or tenancy breaches.
- Complete inventory check-in and check-out reports.
- Manage tenancy end processes, including deposit returns.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal property management systems.
- Support resident engagement initiatives, community events, and wellbeing activities.
- Assist with parcel management and postal services.
- Coordinate utility account updates for incoming and outgoing residents.
- Provide reception and front-of-house support as required.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within residential lettings, property management, build-to-rent, PBSA, or a similar sector.
- Experience conducting property viewings and converting enquiries into tenancies.
- Strong customer service and resident engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Confidence handling complaints and resolving issues professionally.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using property management systems would be advantageous.

Resident Manager *Location: Leatherhead Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Hours:** 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm and 9:00am to 6:00pm on a rotating basis
- Two Saturdays per month (9:00am to 5:00pm) on a rota basis
