Digital Fulfilment & Insights Advisor Temporary

About the company

Our client, a leading UK retail business, is seeking a Digital Fulfilment & Insights Advisor to join their Head Office team in Plymouth.

Your tasks

This is a varied position focused on improving digital fulfilment performance across channels such as Click & Collect and home delivery services. You'll work closely with stores and central teams, using data analysis and operational insight to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve issues, and enhance the customer experience.

• Analyse fulfilment, stock, and customer order data to identify trends and performance improvements.
• Support Store Managers and Area Managers with fulfilment best practices.
• Visit stores to review processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and investigate fulfilment-related issues.
• Produce insights, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Work with IT and BI teams to enhance reporting, systems, and processes.
• Support business projects aimed at improving fulfilment performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Experience within retail operations, stock management, fulfilment, or supply chain environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally when required.
• Knowledge of Click & Collect, OMS/WMS systems, or continuous improvement methodologies would be advantageous.
