The SAGA Mercedes-Benz Story : The journey began in 1971 in western France, initially focused solely on commercial vehicles. Your responsibilities: Requesting CORs for signing and invoices

Raising Purchase Orders (Pos)

Updating Lease Link orders and associated documentation (PDI, invoices, AFRL etc)

Completing weekly forecasts

Organising deliveries

Monitoring the progress of builds or conversions

Mercedes Me-Fleet

Insuring we have correct paperwork for third party contractors to attend site

Sending customer invoices for payment & paperwork for signing

Checking in vehicles arriving onsite

Conducting stock checks

Supporting audits

Liaising with customers, third parties and Sales Executives

Dealing with invoice and credit queries from suppliers and customers

Chasing debt

Flexibility to support ad-hoc tasks as required
