About the role This is a nightclub service role where you will welcome and attend to customers in a friendly, professional and attentive manner, take orders, and serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and accurately.
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly, professional and attentive manner
- Take customer orders and serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and accurately
- Respond to customer requests and enquiries, ensuring a pleasant customer experience throughout their visit
- Clear used glasses, plates and other items, and prepare tables for the next customers
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of tables, seating areas, floors and the overall nightclub premises
- Ensure service stations are organised and adequately stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with opening preparations and closing duties, including general cleaning and tidying up
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient service
- Follow the establishment's service standards, hygiene practices and workplace procedures
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing and service-oriented personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, presentable and professional when interacting with customers
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the work schedule
- Responsible, punctual, attentive to details and able to work well in a team
- Previous experience in F&B, bars, clubs or hospitality is an advantage but not essential
