• Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store
• Deliver exceptional Customer Service to customers in line with Panpuri standards
• Achieve sales targets through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge, contributing to the global team performance
• Identify customers’ expectations and complete the transaction successfully
• Makes phone calls to customers and verifies that they are satisfied with the products they purchased.
• Build long term relationship with customer on professional manner
• Track sales on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to ensure own targets are met
• Represent the boutique in greeting customers and provide pleasant customer service
• Attends workshops and seminars on new product lines.
• Maintain the floor display area and merchandise.
• Monitor and control stock inventories.
• Operates a cash register, credit card machine and computer.
• Produces sales reports for Area manager.

Qualifications: High school diploma or Bachelor degree (any field) At least 1-2 years of retail sales experience or Client Service Business, preferably in a luxury consumer goods setting Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in beauty industry Customer service oriented and driven in sales Well groomed, with a pleasant and dynamic personality Good interpersonal and communication skills Highly motivated and fast-learner Good command of English and Chinese Disciplined and honest Able to work during retail operating hours, weekends & public holidays
