Our client is seeking an experienced Band 7 Lead Occupational Therapist to join their Neurorehabilitation Service in York. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role within a specialist service, supporting patients with complex neurological conditions and driving high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the occupational therapy team within the neurorehabilitation service.

Provide advanced clinical expertise for patients with neurological conditions.

Oversee service delivery, ensuring best practice and high-quality patient outcomes.

Support staff development through supervision, training, and mentorship.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

Significant experience in neurorehabilitation and complex neurological conditions.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to work full-time or near full-time hours.
