Finance & Accounting (Mandarin Speaker)

A foreign trade (trading) company wholly owned by Aucma Group from China, a leading global manufacturer of refrigeration equipment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above (S1 or higher).
2. Graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or another related field.
3. At least 3 years of experience in finance-related work. Experience working for Chinese-invested companies in the manufacturing, trading, or cross-border business sectors is preferred.
4. Familiar with Indonesian Accounting Standards and relevant tax regulations.
5. Proficient in using Excel, SAP, Yonyou, Kingdee, or other financial software.
6. Good English skills and fluent in spoken and written Chinese, including reading and writing.
7. Possesses strong data analysis, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to professional ethics.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions, preparing accounting vouchers/journal entries, managing the general ledger, and compiling financial reports.
2. Responsible for recording and managing transactions related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, operating expenses, fixed assets, and other related transactions.
3. Responsible for tax calculation and reporting in Indonesia including VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPh 22 as well as the tax filing process.
4. Assist and collaborate on tax reporting, external audits, tax examinations, and other related activities.
5. Perform other relevant duties as directed by a supervisor.
