Position: CAD Drafter — Roofing Systems

We're a building materials distribution and roofing sub-contracting business looking for a detail-oriented CAD drafter to join our small, hands-on team.

What you'll do:

• Produce roofing structure layout drawings — rafters, trusses, purlins, and flashing details — based on site measurements or client specifications
• Calculate material take-offs from your own drawings: quantities of SPC/GFC/UPVC sheeting, fasteners, and other materials needed for each project
• Produce clean, accurate, client-ready PDF drawings used in project quotes and on-site by our team

What we're looking for:

• Proficient in AutoCAD (or equivalent CAD software)
• Comfortable in Excel for take-off calculations
• Understanding of roof structure types and how to read/produce construction drawings
• Background in teknik sipil, arsitektur, or hands-on drafting experience preferred
• High attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in roofing, construction, or building materials
• SketchUp or other 3D visualization skills
