Cashier

• Key Responsibilities:
• Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as needed.
• Assist customers with inquiries about menu items, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure correct billing and resolve any discrepancies or customer concerns.
• Work closely with waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier in a restaurant, café, or retail setting.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong numerical and basic accounting skills.
• Good problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and payment issues.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant or café operations is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Willingness to stay and work in Gili Air.
